For Immediate Release: Houston, TX - Mueller Environmental Designs, located in the energy capital of Houston, TX is pleased to announce their acquisition of HODCO Enterprises, Inc. an ASME Certified Pressure Vessel manufacturing facility.  

The new entity, Mueller Environmental Designs Inc., Pressure Vessel Division, adds valuable access to supply of ASME pressure vessels to support the growing filterless two phase separator business and to expand current capabilities.

The existing facility currently has 20,000 sq. ft. under roof, 40 tons of lifting capacity, multiple welding machines, 4 acres of lay down yard and welding capacity in carbon, stainless and exotic metals.  Specialty fabrications, skid packages, piping and structural steel manufacturing are among the division’s current capacities.

The purchase of Hodco greatly enhances Mueller Environmental Design’s ability to deliver their patented two phase Helical Coil Separator.  As an industry leader in the natural gas pipeline equipment supply business Mueller has twenty years of experience in engineering innovative product solutions for customers.  An outstanding reputation for product quality and service in delivering Air Filtration, Exhaust Systems, Motor Ventilation, Oxidation Catalysts and Separation equipment is now complimented by more attractive costs for the consumer.
